The Ampere Flame are one of the Guardian Flames of the Dying Will Flames of Math.

Appearance[]

The Ampere Flame looks like a pale orange flame in its Flame Form.

Since they are Math Flames, the Ampere Flames have a true form that when released allows them to rearrange themselves into diamond shapes of varying sizes.

Characteristic[]

True Form[]

Like other Math Flames the Ampere Flame has a true form, namely in the shape of light orange diamond shapes which are entirely solid to the touch. These diamond shapes can be magnetized as per their characteristic and used as ammunition for railgun type attacks.

Magnetize[]

The special characteristic of the Ampere Flame is its ability to impart polarity on things. Much like the ends of a magnet the Ampere flame is capable of making things positively and negatively charged and thus magnetically attracted or repelled to the appropriate charges.

The strength of this magnetization is directly proportional to the amount of flames that are consumed to impart this magnetism on an object and the effect can be dispelled instantly by the user. Additionally the user can make different "strands" of polarity that do not interact with one another, meaning the users of the flame can for example make 2 things negative but not repel each other if they're not the same "strand" of polarity.

Uses[]

This flame is incredibly versatile and can be used offensively by exploiting both the attraction and repulsion to make attacks connect always and much faster than normal. It can also be used defensively by making the user and an opponent or their projectiles the same polarity and thus repellent of each other.

Trivia[]

  • The Diamond Shape of the ampere flame is an allusion to the shape of compass needles.
